Shelley Anderson
Shelley Anderson is a Forest Therapy Guide who works with individuals of all ages helping them sink into nature and experience an intentional pathway into health, wholeness, and happiness. She is out of Port Alberni, BC.
She believes that the work she does enables her clients to reset the stress button, boost immune function, kick start creativity, and feel so much better! Not only does spending time in nature significantly benefit those who struggle with anxiety, ADD, ADHD, autism, and any other mental health challenges but it benefits all people of all ages for all time.
Shelley currently works with the Ministry of Children and Family development in the province of BC, Canada along with a Provincial School District providing Forest Therapy to numerous families and has had immense success with each of her clients.
She is a certified Forest Therapy Guide, an Educational Assistant, has completed her Wilderness First Aide Training, a one year masters level certificate in Religious Studies, holds a certificate in Spiritual Formation, and most recently completed her training in the Les Brown Power Voice Program.

Josh Massop
Josh Massop Is a Forest Therapy Guide who works in the Calgary, Alberta area. His passion is for helping those who need it most and spend their lives serving others such as ministry, councilors, front lines workers and others. Among josh's interests are exercise, golf, surfing and anything that gets him out in nature. Josh feels a strong call to serve others and help with the mental health recovery that is required for healing coming out of the pandemic.
Josh completed his Forest Therapy training in August 2021 in Tofino, BC. Since then he has been completing his practicum in Calgary and area. Most of his current walks are taking place in natural areas in and around Calgary.

Jennifer Massop
Jennifer Massop is a certified Forest Therapy Guide working in the Calgary, Alberta area. Jen was introduced to the practice of Forest Therapy by her sister-in-law, Shelley Anderson, and fell in love with it immediately. Josh and Jen took their training together in Tofino in August 2021 and were certified in June 2022. She also has her Wilderness First Aid certification.
Jen enjoys being out in nature, golfing, hiking, and adventuring. Most of her current walks are taking place in natural areas in and around Calgary.
