Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

Nature Impact is in the business of changing and shaping lives. The work we do is aimed at providing a holistic approach to solving some of our society’s biggest challenges. We create opportunities for individuals and communities to reconnect with nature and experience the healing benefits the forest has to offer.

Experiencing God in Nature Weekend Retreat
Capernwray Harbour, Thetis Island, BC • May 5–7, 2023

Take time away from your busy schedule and join us this spring to experience God in nature at Capernwray Harbour. Capernwray Harbour is situated on 97 acres of pristine forest, meadows and seashore on Thetis Island, on the west coast of British Columbia, Canada. It is the perfect location to reflect on the direction of your life amidst surroundings that refresh the body, mind, and soul.

The vision of this retreat is shaped by the power of invitation; specifically the invitation to experience God in His beautiful creation. This is an opportunity for you to explore connection with God in three ways:

  1. Through a series of teachings - what Christian theology and the bible says about nature and how we can experience God in its beautiful surroundings

  2. In and through worship music from our gifted leaders and musicians

  3. By practical walks with our Certified Forest Therapy Guides who will lead you through customized invitations to meet God in the wild

Who should attend?

Anyone who wants to explore connection with God within the contours of the Christian faith. It is purposefully expansive to include pastors, church leaders, all followers of the Jesus Way, and also the seeker who desires to explore God within the contours of the faith. Experiencing God in Nature Weekend Retreat has created a safe and sacred space for people to come together in a setting that inspires personal growth and transformation.
